Partner/ Small Group Training
Ernie had Bert, Simon had Garfunkel and Michael had Scottie. They complimented each other and simply made things a bit more magical for the other. You might be embarking on your physical training journey with a friend, using their support to give you that little extra push or maybe you're the one providing that bit of extra assistance. It might just be the financial benefit of training with a second person. Regardless of the reasoning, we can tailor our workouts to couples and friends. (If you're looking for someone with similar goals to partner up with and share the cost of more personalized attention, let us know - we might have someone for you)
